Terms of Service
These terms cover access to BharatCode. Paid access is a monthly subscription; eligible Indian student accounts using valid .ac.in or .edu.in email addresses receive free access.
Subscription and trial
BharatCode Pro is billed at ₹699 per month through Razorpay. New subscriptions begin with a 7-day free trial; the first charge occurs when the trial ends. You can cancel from your account at any time, and cancellation stops future charges. Prices, plans, features, capacity, model availability, download packages, and integrations may change as the product evolves.
Student access
Accounts created with a valid .ac.in or .edu.in email address receive BharatCode free of charge. We may verify eligibility and may withdraw free access from accounts that misrepresent student status.
Fair use
"Unlimited" means no message counters or daily caps for real work — it does not mean infinite compute. BharatCode runs on finite shared hardware. Use it for real coding, learning, project work, hackathons, debugging, and related developer workflows. Do not automate wasteful traffic, run sustained bulk generation unrelated to development, bypass availability controls, share or resell access, attack the service, or use the system in ways that prevent others from using it. We may throttle, queue, or restrict accounts whose usage patterns degrade the shared resource for everyone else.
Accounts and submissions
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit, including display names, phone numbers, project claims, proof files, and hackathon or community registrations. We may review, reject, hide, or remove submissions that are inaccurate, abusive, or not relevant to BharatCode.
Service limits
The service is offered without uptime guarantees. We may pause serving, queue requests, apply manual review, or restrict access to protect the shared resource, comply with law, or keep the service usable for the community.
